Working Principle

Flow Control: The balance valve LHDV 33BP - 15 - R6 - 400/440 precisely controls the flow of hydraulic oil in the concrete pump truck's hydraulic system. Based on the working conditions and requirements of different components, it can automatically adjust the flow rate to ensure each actuator receives the appropriate amount of hydraulic oil, enabling the coordinated and smooth operation of the pump truck's boom and other components.

Pressure Balancing: It is equipped with a sensitive pressure control mechanism. By continuously monitoring the pressure changes in the hydraulic system, the valve can quickly and accurately adjust the opening degree of the valve port to balance the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet. This effectively prevents pressure fluctuations and surges, safeguarding the hydraulic components from damage and ensuring the safe operation of the entire system.
