Operating on a DC 24V power supply (HG24), it has strong anti-interference capabilities and stable performance. The "N9K4" part of the code represents the specific characteristics of the solenoid coil, such as insulation class and protection level.

Sealing Mechanism: The valve is fitted with a high-quality sealing system made of special materials that are highly resistant to oil, wear, and aging. This ensures reliable sealing, preventing hydraulic oil leakage and guaranteeing the normal operation of the hydraulic system.

Working Principle

Electromagnetic Control: When the electromagnetic coil is energized, it generates a magnetic field that attracts the armature, thereby driving the valve spool to move. Depending on the energization state of the electromagnetic coil, the valve spool can be switched to different positions, enabling the switching of the hydraulic oil flow direction within the valve.

Flow Characteristics in Type Y: In the Y type configuration, when the valve spool is in the neutral position, ports A and B are connected to the tank port T, while the pressure port P is blocked. This allows for a specific flow path that can be used for functions like hydraulic cylinder floating or system unloading. When the valve spool is shifted by the electromagnetic actuator, the flow direction of the hydraulic oil between ports P, A, B, and T changes, thereby controlling the movement direction and speed of hydraulic components in the concrete pump truck's hydraulic system.
