Working Principle

Electromagnetic Control: When an electric current is applied to the electromagnetic coil of the actuator, a strong magnetic field is generated. This magnetic field attracts the armature, which is connected to the valve spool, causing the spool to move within the valve body. By precisely controlling the on/off state and the magnitude of the current, the position of the spool can be accurately adjusted to achieve the desired control of the hydraulic fluid flow.

Flow Regulation: Depending on the position of the spool, the valve controls the direction and flow of the hydraulic fluid. In different spool positions, it connects or disconnects different ports, allowing the hydraulic fluid to be directed to the appropriate components in the concrete pump truck's hydraulic system, such as cylinders and motors, to drive the movement of the pump truck's boom, chute and other components.
